An Introduction into BDS Combat Fitness



 

On August 30, 2014, the first ever BDS Combat Fitness event took place at the international HQ in Langenfeld, Germany. Forty participants came together to test their fitness level using kettle bells, battle ropes and power bands.   

BDS Combat Fitness was originally developed by Wing Tsjun Grandmaster Thommy Luke Boehlig and Sports Performance Specialist David Groeger to improve the performances of the top Wing Tsjun fighters within the Boehlig Defense Systems. The result is a program which allows EVERYONE to significantly boost their fitness level and to offer them the best way to the body of their dreams!

The foundation of BDS Combat Fitness is „High Intensity Interval Training“ (HIIT);
a training method that makes it unnecessary to spend endless hours at the gym.
The courses are only 30 - 45 minutes long and not only take strength and stamina to the next level, but also help regulate blood pressure. You will also notice muscle growth where you want to see it and loss of fat where your want it to vanish. We present you : the fastest was to six-pack abs J

Those who would like to try out the BDS Combat Fitness classes themselves may schedule an appointment with their local school. Our training facilities provide the equipment neccessary.
Please bring water, work out clothes, a towel and clean indoor sneakers.
